Utopia CBD recommends one full dropper as the standard dosage for all tinctures. For gummies, our recommendation is one at a time. Topical products are a little different, and should be applied specifically to the area of desired relief. However, reactions to different amounts of CBD may vary from person to person. Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum are simple terms that differentiate the content of CBD products.

Full Spectrum CBD retains a wider range of botanicals extracted from the hemp plant, including a trace amount of THC (less than .3%). It is commonly believed that including these botanicals makes Full Spectrum CBD oil products more effective.

Broad Spectrum CBD is effectively a Full Spectrum CBD oil with the THC content removed to non-detectable levels.
